My creative spark took shape when I joined a renowned film production house in Mumbai as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor. Within six months, I was promoted to Assistant Creative Head, a recognition earned through hard work, smart thinking, and relentless curiosity.

After over three years in production, life took me to Pune.
A new city meant starting from ground zero — again. I took up dual roles as faculty and center manager at two leading graphics and animation institutes. Those years taught me leadership, mentoring, and how creativity scales through systems, not just skills.

Opportunity knocked when I joined a U.S.-based advertising company as a Senior Graphic Designer. The experience sharpened my eye for branding and campaign strategy. Around the same time, I married the love of my life — a partnership that would later become the foundation of our entrepreneurial chapter.

Soon, another door opened — a U.S. tech company offered me 3× the growth and a global platform. I spent four years mastering the art of scaling design and marketing impact across continents.

I then joined one of Pune’s largest software consulting firms as a Team Lead, managing a team of over 10 designers for a life sciences client — one of the biggest names in global pharmaceuticals.

Then, the unexpected — COVID-19 hit.
The project stalled. Layoffs followed. But instead of stopping, I pivoted.

My wife and I began helping CEOs and Founders worldwide with freelance graphic design services from our living room. It wasn’t just survival; it was rebirth — the foundation for everything that came next.

Post-COVID, I joined a U.S.-based ERP solutions company as an Assistant Marketing Manager — spending over three years blending creative execution with marketing strategy.

That experience led me to an even bigger leap — a Client Acquisition Manager role with a leading outsourced financial firm in the U.S., where I worked for nearly four years. There, I helped shape the company’s growth engine, leading digital campaigns, and working directly with the CEO to build brand authority and visibility.

In September 2025, I decided it was time.
After nearly two decades of serving organizations, I launched Sam Growth Engine — a solopreneur-led marketing consultancy built for founders, CEOs, and executive coaches who want to grow without burning through budgets.

Today, I help business leaders transform into thought leaders — with lean systems that combine strategy, storytelling, and AI.
